A meeting was held with a number of educational experts, representatives of NGOs and consulting companies operating in our country at the Education Student Loan Fund.
Araz Pashayev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund, gave detailed information about the activities of TTKF, the rules of applying to the Fund, the criteria for granting educational student loans.
At the meeting held in the format of a mutual discussion, a number of interesting proposals were voiced so that students could benefit more from the existing system. It was mentioned that it is desirable that TTK can be used by sub-bachelor, part-time, as well as those studying abroad. In addition, the importance of organizing educational meetings in secondary schools parallel to higher education institutions was emphasized.
Experts said that this created opportunity will increase students’ motivation and have a positive effect on the quality of education. During the meeting, international experience was discussed, questions were answered, and extensive discussions were held around the mentioned proposals.
It should be noted that the Fund was established by the decree of the President of the country, Mr. Ilham Aliyev dated June 17, 2021, in order to ensure access to education for people from low-income groups, create equal opportunities for education, and expand the scope of education.
