Since the company delivers services that require reliable, attentive workers with good communication skills and emotional intelligence, the company needed to foster these skills of its employees. Moreover, the company also required evaluating knowledge, abilities, attitudes or personality traits of candidates for employee selection or development. Prima was assigned to deliver the guidance of policies, procedures, working conditions, and behavioural expectations of the company for the employees and recruitment assessment tests pool.
