Survey research on quality of building facilities of kindergartens & primary schools in remote villagesThe objective of the research survey is to support the client to conduct research and analysis of the quality of facilities in kindergartens and primary schools in remote villages of the country as a part of the project initiated by the client on support to the development of education in remote villages of the country. The purpose of the project encompasses estimation of the quality of facilities at the multilevel modelling level and development of a quality criteria system for facility management of kindergartens and primary schools in remote villages of Azerbaijan.

  • Taking into consideration the fact that the sampling population were going to be defined among minors, from the kindergartens and primary schools, their parents, and official representatives of local education agencies, the multi-level survey modelling was designed;
  • Relevant survey questionnaire (in the range of 37 – 94 questions) was designed and the survey population was defined;
  • Field trips to 12 remote villages of the country were organized and
  • During 10 working days on average 156 surveys were conducted
  • On return to the central office, detailed analysis of survey was carried out, recommendations were drawn up
