Prima Management Consulting assisted EVIAR LLC in increasing its profitability and attaining larger market share within the framework of Business Diagnostics project. EVIAR LLC is an Ivanovka bread baking plant producing healthy bakery products. The overall objective of the project was to analyze EVIAR operations across key business strategic processes: marketing processes (processes that deal with advertising, promotions, negotiation with clients and other tactical marketing processes) and production processes (processes that have to do with the production and delivery of the offer).
- To hold meetings with process owners from all the above-mentioned business segments to obtain full understanding of the business;
- To determine key subprocesses in strategic, operational and administrative processes which may potentially lead to bottlenecks;
- To document key observations in the analyzed processes;
- To discuss initial findings with the client and clarified all questionable nuances;
- To develop the initial and final business diagnostics reports based on the received feedback;
- To prepare final action time-bound recommendation pack based on the conclusions of the data collection and revision stages;
- To discuss with the client the developed recommendation pack to describe in details future steps.
