We recognize that it will take time to fulfill our mission; and we turned patience into our main strength and power in this path. Patience is one of the most important virtue for our team – it endows us with such skills and abilities as listening carefully, understanding the case, and working hard to fix the issue. We appreciate that, any organizational or cultural change involves changing the mindset and motivation (drives) of each person in the company. Moreover, we understand that, this does not happen overnight. We believe, patience is required to continue down the path for some couple of years; it will often take to realize a full and complete cultural change in an organization. Practicing patience allows us to be more realistic and avoid unnecessary stress.
