One of the ongoing projects of the Prima Consulting is Mingachevir Small and Medium Enterprises Development Center.

Mingachevir SMB Development Center is functioning under the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SMBDA).

Training sessions and seminars are held by experienced and professional experts the Center, individual and group consulting services are provided, SMB networking etc. is supported:

In addition, our experts provide private consulting services to the SMEs on the following spheres:

• Establishment of new SMEs
• Business planning
• Preparation of marketing and PR strategy
• SMM
• Applying for public tenders
• Accounting
• Tax reports
• Corporate law
• Agriculture (agronomy and veterinarian)
• Export
• Tourism

The development center also supports innovative entrepreneurship, startups and family businesses, promote entrepreneurship among women, persons with disabilities, and young people, and take other SMB awareness-raising measures.

The SMB Development Center supports the realization of business ideas of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs through numerous consulting and training services. It was planned to hold

• 240 hours of trainings
• 800 hours of private consulting services for over 100 SMEs.
• Networking services for 100 SMEs.

So far over for 400 SMEs have participated in the trainings covering around 40 themes related to the business. Over 50 people have taken the full advantage of private consulting services offered by the Center.

All services provided in the Mingachevir SMB development center are free of charge.
